All products are special ordered by the person ordering, and are NOT subject to cancellation. Due to the nature of our product line, some items may be used once, and no longer needed. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless defective. Any return must be authorized. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from cuEnterprises/coSurveillance. Return product via UPS or U.S. mail, prepaid and insured, for your protection. (Please note, we cannot refund shipping fees). No returns will be authorized after five (3) business days of receipt, unless defective. No discontinued item may be returned. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Fifteen (15) days money back guarantee (if the product has not been opened, we can accept return within thirty days). After fifteen (15) days from the invoice date, we do not accept any return or issue any refund on return. |

We guarantee all our suppliers products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 45 days after sale to customer. We will replace or repair, at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse,or alteration. We are not responsible for printing errors. Supply until stock is available. Prices are subject to change without notice. Some pictures may vary from actual item. Wholesalers and distributors are welcomed. We do not make claims about the legality of certain product applications such as convert cameras or video transmitters.
